What kind of wax do you use?

We use a premium coco-soy vegan wax, completely free from paraffin and any petroleum-based liquids. This natural blend provides a slow, clean and even burn with minimal to no soot—especially when the wick is trimmed before each burn and in between uses.
If a candle is left burning for more than 3–4 hours without trimming, it is natural for a small amount of soot to occur, as with any candle.

Are your candles vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free and phthalate-free?

Yes. All our candles, wax melts and fragrance products are vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, and free from parabens and phthalates, ensuring a cleaner and safer burn.
Additionally, our diffusers and linen sprays are made with an eco-friendly, vegan base, keeping them consistent with our clean-ingredient standards.

Are your products pet friendly?

Our candles contain no parabens, phthalates, or harmful additives, and our natural coco-soy wax burns cleaner than paraffin. However, every pet reacts differently to fragrances. For sensitive animals, we recommend using our unscented candles, which offer a safe, neutral option.

Do you offer unscented candles?

Yes. We created our unscented candles specifically for customers with allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, and for households with scent-sensitive pets. They provide a soft, cosy ambience without added fragrance.

How long do your candles burn?

Burn time varies depending on the product. Each candle has its own specifications listed on the product page, so please check the details before purchasing. Our natural coco-soy blend is designed to burn slowly and evenly when used correctly.

Do I need gift wrapping?

No. All our products and gift sets are thoughtfully designed and ready for gifting, presented in premium packaging. No additional wrapping is required.

Are your products suitable for sensitive individuals and pets?

Our clean formulas reduce the likelihood of irritation; however, sensitivities vary from person to person (and pet to pet). If you or your pet are easily affected by fragrance, our unscented candles are the best choice.

What items are included in your gift boxes?

Each gift box is curated with a selection of our premium products—such as candles, wax melts and a wax burner—designed to offer a complete aromatic experience. Contents vary depending on the specific box.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout Europe and the UK.

What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns or offer refunds only if an item arrives damaged or defective. Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.
If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
Please note:

  • Items must remain unused and in original packaging.

  • We cannot accept returns for change of mind.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is our responsibility.
