Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another once it has shipped.


2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, chosen shipping method, and order weight.

Belgium

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days

European Union

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.


3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


4. Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing your order. Silique is not responsible for:

  • orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate shipping details

  • additional shipping fees required to resend returned parcels

If you need to modify your address, contact us as soon as possible at silique@mail.com.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure your package arrives safely:

  • Silique is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to the carrier.

  • If your parcel is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with at least 3 photos of the damaged product and packaging (required for claims).

We will review your claim and assist you according to our Refund & Return Policy.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customs and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Silique is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections.


7. Pre-Orders & Handmade Items

Some items—especially handmade pieces—may require additional processing time.

If an item is pre-order or made to order, the estimated dispatch time will be clearly stated on the product page.


8. Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to pick up the parcel:

  • We can reship it for an additional shipping fee, or

  • We can issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
