Return & Refund Policy – Candles & Home Fragrance Products

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something arrives damaged or isn’t as expected. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of candles, wax melts, and home fragrance products, we can only accept returns or exchanges on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the wrong item was delivered or the product is verified by us as defective.

  • If the return is inspected and confirmed to be defective or faulty, we will fully reimburse the return shipping cost.

  • Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable, except when we are at fault.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.


Damaged or Faulty Items — IMPORTANT

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To process a refund or replacement, you must provide at least 3 clear photos, including:

  • The damaged or faulty area

  • The product in its original packaging

  • The shipping box or outer packaging

If sufficient photos are not provided, we may not be able to approve your claim.

If, after review, the item is confirmed to be defective, we will:

  • Replace the item free of charge, or

  • Issue a full refund including return shipping reimbursement


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on candles, wax melts, or fragrance products that have been opened, used, or tested.

Please carefully review product descriptions and scent choices before placing your order.


Handmade Product Variations

Many of our items are handmade, meaning that variations in colour, texture, and appearance are completely natural. These characteristics are not considered defects and contribute to the unique charm of handcrafted products.


Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and the item has been received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the product is defective or sent incorrectly.

  • If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).
