Candles

For the best burning experience, allow the wax to melt fully across the surface with each use to ensure a clean, even burn. To maintain optimal fragrance quality, extinguish the flame between uses and relight as needed. Always trim the wick before each use — this is essential for reducing soot and enhancing scent diffusion.Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time. Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children or pets.

Wax melts

Use only in a suitable wax melt warmer.

Never add water or other substances to the dish.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Do not leave the burner unattended while in use.

Allow the burner to cool fully before cleaning.

Use in a well-ventilated area and avoid drafts.

Melt for 2–4 hours at a time for best performance.

When the scent has faded, warm the wax for about 20 seconds until it softens underneath, then use a tissue to lift it out, wipe the dish clean, and add a fresh melt.
